The youngest students at the Ohio School for the Deaf and the Ohio State School for the Blind receive loving attention and education through The Alice Cogswell Center and the Early Learning Center. Students are ages six weeks to five years of age (or when they enter Kindergarten).
At OSSB our Elementary department includes grades K-6.

Multiple Disabilities Education
Provides students with a supportive learning environment in which they are encouraged to learn new skills and participate in a variety of extracurricular and recreational activities.
Education happens both inside and outside the classroom at OSSB. With daily classes, Expanded Core Curriculum, Related Services and Athletics, students have a full day of learning. Residential students continue with activities after school hours through the Resident Life program.
