Pam Estes

Pam Estes is the Information Technology Director at the Ohio School for the Deaf (OSD) and Ohio State School for the Blind (OSSB). She joined OSD in 1998 to establish the school’s IT department as the first Technology Coordinator. In 2012 she was promoted to her current position as Director of Information Technology for OSD and OSSB where she is responsible for providing leadership and direction of the schools’ technology infrastructure.  Prior to joining OSD, Ms. Estes worked as an applications programmer and network administrator in the private sector.

Pam obtained her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Gallaudet University. She grew up in Alabama and attended the Alabama School for the Deaf.

During her time at OSD & OSSB, Pam has implemented campus wide network infrastructure and was invaluable in instituting the 1:1 Technology Initiatives with Apple in the Spring of 2020.

Outside of work, Pam travels to dog shows where she shows her Glen of Imaal terriers.
